For the launch of L'Orée, a new Parisian brasserie inspired by nourriture sauvage (wild food), I developed a branding and visual identity that captures the spirit of the wild, with a particular focus on venison. Positioned at the symbolic threshold—l’orée—between forest and city, L'Orée blends rustic authenticity with refined urban elegance. The identity evokes the tension between nature and modernity, raw and polished, creating a sophisticated yet earthy aesthetic. With subtle nods to woodland textures, rich organic tones, and elegant typography, the brand reflects the essence of a brasserie chic rooted in the wild.
